The Worthy Must Win!

Boycott Nepotism!
A campaign, which has recently been geared up again after the tragic suicide of multi-talented Bollywood Superstar - Sushant Singh Rajput.
Well, before I say something, give my opinion or bring out any fact, let me tell you that I know a bit about the Bollywood and its Music Industry cause my father Mr Rono Chakraborty has been in close proximity of Legends in Bollywood since last 50 years.
When we talk about Nepotism, there are many aspects related to it such as groupism, favouritism, conspiracies, etc.
Let's talk about our history first; In Bharatvarsh(India), Acharya Vishnugupt Chanakya trained and taught Maurya Empire's prince Chandragupt Maurya who later became one of the greatest king/ruler in Ancient India. Though Emperor Chandragupt's son(Bindusaar) and grandson too were taught and trained under Acharya Chanakya but only Chandragupt and his Grandson Ashok are known to be the greatest of emperors. So it eventually means that, it all depends upon one's talent, focus, consistency and will power to achieve a certain position in any field.
The Ashoka Pillar
In Bollywood, there are some actors who are self made because of their talent and skills even though they're son/daughter/nephew/niece, etc of already established people of the film industry. Family members of many legendary actor, director, singer, etc have been a part of the Bollywood film and music industry who have been gaining fame, awards and public attraction in yesteryears because of nepotism. A Legendary Music Director from the late 1980s-90s, whom I've known since childhood - Mr. Shravan Rathod(Duo of Nadeem- Shravan) had been removed wrongly from the music industry because of groupism. There are many such talented people in this Bollywood and Music Industry who had been played conspiracies against.
There are groups/gangs in Bollywood which even Actress Kangana Ranaut has also spoken about, who mentally torture and kill many new stars who actually have the capability to be called as actors, singers, etc. They give fake hopes/promises to such talents and then wipe out their career in a pinch.
CONCLUSION:- From now onwards, we the audience must promote and support true talents worthy of being known to the world, and must totally boycott products of nepotism and its promoters. Though star kids appear in bollywood, only those star kids must be appreciated who have real capabilities and skills. Whether it be Bollywood or any other field of profession, one must never be afraid of any such groupism sort of things, instead that person must find a way to shine and rise even brighter like the sun, just as a phoenix rises from its ashes!
Thank You! Keep Growing! Keep Loving!
P.S:- Nepotism and such things are everywhere but especially in the Bollywood industry.
